Residential Reimbursement and Credit Form

Please note that certifier inspections, and thus granting of credits and reimbursements, will occur on a rolling basis throughout the season. You will be contacted at least 48 hours in advance of the inspection. Please make sure that your practice meets our requirements before applying for reimbursement or credit. Site visits are on hold temporarily during a staff change.  We appreciate your patience and expect our next site visit will be in August; your application will not be granted until the results of this visit have been processed.

I under­stand that the reimbursement may be subject to an inspection and this application does not guarantee a reimbursement if Howard County deter­mines the infor­ma­tion pro­vided is inac­cu­rate. I hereby grant per­mis­sion to the County, its autho­rized agents and employ­ees, to enter the Prop­erty upon pro­vid­ing 48 hours writ­ten notice and, in any case, at rea­son­able times and with­out unrea­son­able dis­rup­tion to inspect the Prop­erty to ensure that the pro­vided infor­ma­tion accu­rately rep­re­sents the cur­rent stormwa­ter man­age­ment con­di­tions.
